"OUT OF SPACE"

I made an illustrated editorial for Bast-magazine

It was inspired by scandinavian fashion designers such as Moonspoon saloon, Asger Juel Larsen, Mundi, Kron by Kronkron, Bea Szenfeld, Kalda and more

Last but not least the Austrian disco glam group Ganymed inspired me

..and their hit song from 1978, "It takes me higher"

One of my teenage favorites, Prodigy´s "out of space" seems like a more fitting soundtrack though!

"CHERRY BOMB" is inspired by rebellious girls

....girls that basically don't give a shit, and have the attitude to back it up.

The girls I had in mind when designing the collection were the likes of Mallory Knox in Oliver Stones "Natural born killers", Cherie Currie from the Runaways and the Factory girl Jane Forth.

I have been doing accessories for some time now, but wanted to expand and experiment with fabric, embroidery and crochet.

I love doing illustrations and this time around I wanted to bring the illustrations to life.
